    How can I book a phone or online consultation?

    To book a phone or online consultation, please send an email to hello@mcboffin.com. We can normally offer you an appointment within the following 2 – 3 days.

    Can you guarantee that our business plan / pitch deck will raise capital?

    No, we can´t. Presenting a professionally written business plan or pitch deck will definitely help you raise capital, but that´s usually not enough. Before they agree to fund your business, most banks and investors will also assess your work experience, credit history, management team, market potential of your business idea, risks involved, current state of the economy, etc. Your presentation skills and communication style may influence their decision as well.

    Can I send my grant application, old business plan, marketing strategy, etc. instead of filling in your questionnaire?

    We may be able to accept your old documents instead of a completed questionnaire, but we have to review them first. If the information contained in those documents is unclear or insufficient, you´ll have to complete our questionnaire.

    Can I provide information about my business or request a revision over the phone?

    Unfortunately, that is not possible. The information about your business, as well as any revision requests, must be submitted in writing (completed questionnaire, email, etc.). This is to avoid any potential misunderstandings or disputes later on.

    Do I own the design?

    In case we design a logo for your business, you own the design and can trademark your logo.

    In case we design a website or brochure for your business, you don´t own the design. This is because we use photos, icons, and other design elements from our graphic library and stock websites such as Adobe Stock.

    We do not own rights to the items purchased from the stock websites and cannot pass them on to the clients. For example, we can use the icons to design your website but cannot stop others from using the same icons on their websites. It´s similar with the design elements from our graphic library. Although we do own rights to those, we may use them on more than one website and cannot grant exclusive rights to any specific client.

    However, the above refers only to the individual design elements. We will never create the same website or brochure for two different clients.

    If you want your website, brochure or flyer to be 100% unique, you can hire us to create custom icons, illustrations, graphics etc., and hire a photographer and models to produce original photos. In that case, you will own the individual design elements and no one else will be able to use them.

    Can I download your guides and templates and distribute them to our clients?

    You can distribute electronic and hard copies of our guides to your clients.

    Any distribution of our templates is strictly prohibited. However, you can provide your clients with a link where they can download the templates on our website.

    Can I pay by card?

    Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.
